Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hauz O Mana. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 11am (AEST) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. Every order ships from Queensland with Australia Post and is tracked. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Australia
Standard (orders under $120): $8.95, 3–5 business days
Standard (orders $120 and over): FREE, 3–5 business days
Express: $11.95, 1–4 business days
Delivery times are Australia Post estimates from the day we dispatch. Regional and remote areas can take longer, as can busy periods such as the lead-up to Christmas.

International
New Zealand: $24.00 AUD, 5–10 business days
Pacific Islands (Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, PNG, Cook Islands and more, shown at checkout): $24.00 AUD, 5–15 business days
USA & Canada: $36.90 AUD, 10–14 business days
United Kingdom: $41.10 AUD, 10–14 business days
Other countries we ship to (shown at checkout): $41.10 AUD, 10–20 business days
International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by local customs, aren't included in our shipping price, and are payable by the person receiving the parcel. Customs checks can also add time to delivery.

Checking your address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@hauzomana.com straight away. We can update it before dispatch, but not once it's with Australia Post.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@hauzomana.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with Australia Post for you.
